Getting Started

How do I create a Checklist Maids Account?

When you book your service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. You can also create and log into your account HERE.

Do you service my area?

We proudly serve the borough of Queens along with Elmont, Floral Park, and Garden City of Nassau County.

We’re growing! If we don’t service you’re area currently, email us at [email protected] so we can see if we know someone in that area and/or are planning to service that area in the near future.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

How much will it cost?

Unless you specifically request to pay hourly (3-hour minimum is required), all our pricing is at a flat rate and dynamically calculated for your convenience. Please check out our booking page HERE.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we’ll be happy to accommodate you if possible.

You can log in to your account HERE and select your name at the top right of your account page. Then, just select change password and you’re all set!

Pricing & Policies

What is your refund policy?

We care about the service we deliver and your happiness as our customer.

Inspired by the owner’s late grandma, Rosa, who worked as a maid the majority of her life, our company is built around the principles of caring for our staff and caring for our clients. If for some reason you are not just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a cleaner back to make it right for free. It’s as simple as that. We don’t pay our cleaners until after this time period, so there is no risk when you book a ChecklistMaids cleaning. If you are still not completely satisfied after that, we will offer a full refund of the services provided.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a discount/gift/referral code to a future appointment by logging into your account and click “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice. Then, simply enter the code into the appropriate field and click save changes. The system will automatically apply the code to the appointment you modified. You can not apply your discount code to past appointment that are already completed.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards can be purchased HERE and are delivered instantaneously via email.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We take our work seriously and make every effort to ensure everything goes right. If anything should go wrong during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away HERE and we will correct the issue in the quickest, most effective way possible.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place.

First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE and are layered on their own 256-bit security protocol.

In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very very seriously. You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Everyone is interviewed in-person as well.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee the high quality of our service! That means if you are not completely satisfied, we’ll come back out and make it right free of charge!
