Deep Cleaning:Â For those who want their home cleaned top to bottom. Best for first-time customers!
Move In/Move Out*: For those who are moving in or out! *Property must be empty and MUST have running water and working electricity and lights
Post-Renovation/Construction*: For those who have completed a renovation or remodel and need not only cleaning, but heavy dusting *Construction/renovation MUST be completed and the property MUST have running water and working electricity and lights. We cannot adequately clean your home if construction is still underway as there is no guarantee that they won’t undo the cleaning work we’ve done!

5% off monthly cleanings, 10% off biweekly cleanings, and 15% off weekly cleanings.
Before we arrive: If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the debris is picked up before our arrival. If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, please add the flat-rate “Deep Cleaning” under Extras to the booking.
Once we arrive: Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. Furthermore, if we arrive and it is apparent that the home has not been cleaned professionally within the last 30 days or has excessive buildup, we will add the “Deep Cleaning” extra to the booking.
